IG3 consists of accomplished team of experienced professionals. It was founded as a family investment business, and now it has grown to be a well stablished real estate company, managing funds for multiple private investors, and proud of treating everyone as there own family member.
The Company will continue to acquire and develop quality properties based on realistic values for its own investment, as well as its joint venture partners.
These real estate activities will take place in selected targeted submarkets generally throughout the Mid-Atlantic & the Southeast, and those activities will focus on transactions that take advantage of unique opportunities.
Once properties are acquired or developed, the Company will provide all of the adjunct services, skills and systems necessary to maintain each property to the highest standards of quality, to achieve the greatest operating efficiencies and, finally, to realize the highest profit performance.
JUAN M IMERY
Juan has been in the Real Estate and Construction industry for 20 years. With extensive technical skills and experience in engineering design and project management he is uniquely skilled to run efficient and lean operations.
In 1997, Juan started working for INELECTRA a prime contractor for the Venezuelan Oil industry. He quickly advanced to leadership functions within the Civil Engineering discipline for Major Oil and Infrastructure Projects in Joint Venture with Global Engineering and Oil and Gas companies.
In 2000, Juan started his own construction venture and by 2002 he was gearing up his first ground up development project: 6 Luxury Townhomes. By 2012 he was assembling land and investors Conjunto Residencial La Arboleda, consisting of 576 condominiums.
In 2008, Joined his brother Carlos in the asset management of family income properties in the US, participated in major decisions in management, and supervising new acquisitions and dispositions.
Juan received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela and a Master of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign
Carlos leads the acquisition and asset management of income properties for the Family as well as select third parties. He has a strong finance background and extensive experience in negotiating leases, JV agreements, and contracts in general. Carlos has a vast professional network and is uniquely poised to exhibit the flexible creativity and resourcefulness to make the best out of the ever changing economic and real estate cycles.
Carlos has an intense entrepreneurial drive; he started his first company, in the field of public contracting, a year out of College in 2004, which he exited in YE2014 when the company had more than 250 employees.
After his MBA, in 2008, Carlos reactivated the Family real estate investment operation in the US while starting his own separate ventures in Commercial Finance and Logistics. By YE2014, Carlos decided to fully focus on the Family’s successful real estate operation.
Carlos received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas and his Master in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University. Carlos is also a Private Pilot and enjoys community engagement and outdoor sports.
Francisco is a seasoned professional that has been in the Real Estate and Construction Industry for over 14 Years. He is the General Manager of the Firm, supervising and leading the day to day operations of the firm and portfolio properties. Francisco has an extensive entrepreneurial experience and strong background at starting, growing and running complex operations as well as in the Financial Analysis and control of Real Estate and General Construction projects.
In 2003, Francisco started his own Construction venture in the field of public contracting. The company performed Major Engineering Design, Procurement and Construction for Venezuela’s Oil Industry, Port Authority, Ministry of Infrastructure and several local Governments. Francisco exited in 2014, when the company had more than 250 employees.
After moving to US, Francisco joined a Commercial Finance company as a Financial Analyst. In 2017, Francisco joined IG3 Real Estate to manage their successfully growing operation.
Francisco received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela and his Master in Business Administration in IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.
Mario funded 15 years ago in partnership with Juan Imery their own Construction and Real State Company in Caracas Venezuela (PROGITEC C.A), Since then, together they have developed several Luxury Residential Condominiums, including Vista Lomas (6 Luxury Townhouses), Buenavista, (9 Luxury Townhomes), La Colina (4 Luxury Townhomes), Vista Avila (29 Unit Luxury Condominiums) Vista Al Parque (89 Unit Luxury Condominium) and Residencias la Arboleda a 570 middle to low income class condominiums.
All these projects, where develop completely in-house, from capital raise, land selection and acquisition, engineering and design, sales, legal and tax planning and execution with our own management team, providing excellent returns to our clients and investors.
Through the years PROGITEC has build several high-end private homes, and have build special projects for different individual and corporations according to specifications. In the recent years, we started new real estate development investment opportunities in the US market.
From 1996 until 2007 Mario worked in Deyca and Deyca International, where he was Project Manager, and later Director, in different major infrastructure projects including; airports terminals and taxiway constructions, and different housing projects in Belize, Antigua, San Kitts and Nevis, Dominica and other Caribbean Islands.
Mario received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela and a Master in Advance Management Program (PAG) from IESA (Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Administracion) also in Caracas Venezuela.
