Build from the ground up by the Family in 1987,  It was vacated in 2012 due to a potential governmental acquisition.

Procured and negotiated a favorable lease with DirectTV to retrofit a two whole floor for their LatAm Call Center.

Oficentro is currently 100% occupied.
